    Hilwie Hamdon School Registration and Pre-enrolment Process

    CLOSED BOUNDARY SCHOOL

    Hilwie Hamdon School is accepting pre-enrolments from any EPSB students in Kindergarten to Grade 3 (for September 2026). 

    If your child will be in Grades 4 to 9 (as of September 2026), Hilwie Hamdon will only be accepting students who live in our designated area. We are a Level 2 closed-boundary school based on the Division Growth Control Model.  As outlined in Division regulations, the only new students accepted to our school during pre-enrolment are:

    1. Resident students who live within the Hilwie Hamdon School attendance area.
    2. Siblings of current students who will be returning to the school the following year.

    If the student you are registering or pre-enroling meets one of these criteria for the 2026-27 school year, please register them online (new students) or pre-enrol through SchoolZone (existing students). 

    Following the close of pre-enrolment at 4:00 pm on March 25, 2026, the school will only accept resident students who have newly moved into the attendance area or resident students eligible for Kindergarten.

    CHOOSING A SCHOOL

    Students are guaranteed entry to their designated school if registered (new students) or pre-enroled (current students) no later than March 25, 2026. Use the Find a School tool to find your designated school. A student may also attend any other school in the division, as long as:

    - the school has available space

    - the student meets any entrance criteria of that school

    2026-27 SCHOOL REGISTRATION

    NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION (Next School Year)

    All information required to register as a new student at Hilwie Hamdon School for the 2025-26 school year can be accessed on the 2026-27 HH New Student Registration document. Visit the Division website for additional information on how to register for an EPSB school.

    Here is our 2025-26 HH Student Supply List - Final

    For those who would like to order their supplies online, our Parent Society is offering an option to order through Write-on Stationery. Instructions to order are below:

    • Go to www.write-on.ca
    • Click on “PARENTS – Order Here”
    • School Name: Hilwie Hamdon School - EDMONTON 
    • Choose your grade and place your order.
    • Complete your order by clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’
    • You will receive an automatic email confirmation to confirm your order has been received
    • They accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Visa/MC Debit.

    Similar to previous years, we are doing one delivery to the school in late August (right before school starts)
